How to order online?

✓ How to place an order?
It is very simple to place an order on our website. First, add the product(s) to your shopping cart. Fill in your address information next. Finally, choose your preferred payment method before submitting your order. Please contact our customer support team via phone support, or simply fill out the form on our contact us page if you require any assistance.

✓ I’d like to cancel my order.
For whatever reason, if you wish to cancel your order, the same can only be done within 4 hours of placing the order. Kindly drop an email at contact@hollistia.in to cancel your order.

Shipping and delivery

✓ By when shall I expect my Order?
4-7Days! After we manually call you to confirm your order, we take 2-3 hours to ship your product.
However, there might be negligible delays due to multiple sanitation checks (but that’s only for your safety 😊)

✓ I’d like to change/update my address.
If you have entered an incorrect address or would like to change the same, the request can only happen within 4 hours of your order. Once the order is shipped, we’ll be unable to make any changes. Kindly drop an email at contact@hollistia.in to update your order.

Return and exchange

✓ I have received a damage product.
We ship our products with intense care and precision and there is absolutely no way we would have shipped you a damaged product.
However, there are chances that the product might have been damaged during the shipping phase. If it’s our fault, we’ll make it right! Kindly drop an email at contact@hollistia.in to file for a replacement.
